Security Deposit

A $300 CASH security deposit is due if utilizing our pool 5 days before the event for damages or additional cleaning beyond the standard checkout cleaning. If the property or pool is left in satisfactory condition, the security deposit will be refunded to the same method of payment within 24 to 48 hrs after departure.
