All events, dinners, gatherings or additional guests must be booked through Swimply. Click the link below, select the hours of the event and submit payment. Tables, chairs, and black linen are included. 5 hours Max. $500.00

Pool Room Only . Max Capacity 25 people . Does not include additional space, or kitchen. Mon- Sun $150.00/hr
Overnight Short Term Rental
Save money on Airbnb and VRBO fees with direct booking . Overnight stays accommodate up to 12 guests . No guests under the age of 5 allowed for overnight rentals.

Security Deposit
A $300 security deposit is due if utilizing our pool 5 days before the event to cover damages or additional cleaning beyond the standard checkout cleaning. If the property or pool is left in satisfactory condition, the security deposit will be refunded to the same method of payment within 24 to 48 hrs after departure.
