The capacity of Delaware City Oasis  varies depending on the type of gathering and the setup . Pool room Only rentals have a max capacity of 25 people.  Airbnb Rentals are permitted 12 overnight guests. Please contact us directly to discuss your plans in detail. 

Delaware City Oasis  offers various event planning assistance , including catering services, decorating services,  audiovisual equipment.

Delaware City Oasis  offer Event Rentals  as early as 10am up to 10pm. All Evening Adult Parties require one of our security personnel and additional fees will be applied  for this service. 

ENJOYMENT. The Guest, along with neighbors, shall enjoy each other’s company in a respectful manner to each other’s enjoyment. The Guests are  expected to behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors with any residents of the immediate area. Creating an obnoxious disturbance of the area by unauthorized guests or extremely loud parties shall be grounds for immediate termination of this  Rental Agreement. Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am- Strictly Enforced . We do not allow DJ's at our venue . Special consideration for DJ requests during daytime hours must be approved in writing prior to the reservation. 

No unauthorized guests outside of the contracted agreement are allowed. 

A $300 Cash Security Deposit is due 5 days before all rentals for damages or additional cleaning beyond the standard checkout cleaning. If the property is left in satisfactory condition, the security deposit will be refunded to the same method of payment within 24 to 48 hours of  departure.
